Margarita Portnykh

I am a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. My research interests lie at the intersection of Environmental, Energy, Labor, and Public Economics. My current work focuses on the impacts of pollution, weather shocks, and climate change on the economy with a particular attention to potential adaptation responses. I also study the interplay between public policy and production/trade in natural resources.
